Shipping & Returns


We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

When will my order ship?

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed within 2-4 business days. Our friends at UPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 5-7 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 7 days. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.

*Please note delivery times do not include, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

UPS Ground: We always recommend upgrading to ground, as this is our preferred shipping method. Expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your package will arrive in 2 business days. (excludes holidays)

Do we offer overnight shipping?

Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend ground or 2nd day air express!

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, just designate PICK UP when you check out.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your account or by tracking your number at or

What if I want to return my item(s)?

Here is everything you need to know about our return policy:

All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. This will be issued via email and can be used online or in our store. You will receive a discount code to use online and a gift card for in store once we receive product back. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. All Christmas items must be returned by January 11th. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached. Sale items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and in the condition they were received.

Jewelry cannot be returned.

How long will it take for my return item(s) to be processed?

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery.

Are returns free?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
